Hard to get a hold of and make appointments with (regardless of how far out the appointment needs to be). They also aren't great at calling back. Additionally, they are also constantly booked. When we finally got an appointment with them, it was subpar care at best. We need therapy for our son who can't eat normal food and the food therapist ignored our comments on what we had already tried and suggested our homework was to try all the things we'd just shared that we had already tried. Literally the worst PT that I have experienced in my life. My son went there for his knee. His orthopedic (whom we like) said 4-6 weeks of rehab, but he would be surprised if it took more than the 4 weeks. We went to the PT initial evaluation and they echoed the same thing as the Orthopedic. We were told that based on his healing, it shouldn't take long and if we were to go twice a week for an hour a session, the 4 week time frame would be feasible. We were told that we wouldn't be able to be in his PT sessions going forward, but we could drop him off and pick him up later. Don’t do feeding therapy here. There are lots of speech therapists in Marietta who do feeding therapy. Pick a different option.
