Imagine walking into a bank to open an investment account for your teen, the excitement as a parent for your child’s future … just to be met with the most unpleasant, unfriendly, attitude galore, front desk agent. This was my experience this morning at this Kennesaw brunch. The young lady that worked at the front office was to say the least, the last person you would want to be the person to assist in establishing your child’s first investment account. What a shame! I now have to invest in another bank as this is the only Schwab bank nearest to me and I would never step a foot in this location if it were the only investment bank in the world!. Horrible customer service. Was on hold for an hour and half with Jacob and Andrew who have no knowledge of what they’re doing. Charles Schwab is a joke. Use with caution
