Imagine walking into a bank to open an investment account for your teen, the excitement as a parent for your child’s future … just to be met with the most unpleasant, unfriendly, attitude galore, front desk agent. This was my experience this morning at this Kennesaw brunch. The young lady that worked at the front office was to say the least, the last person you would want to be the person to assist in establishing your child’s first investment account. What a shame! I now have to invest in another bank as this is the only Schwab bank nearest to me and I would never step a foot in this location if it were the only investment bank in the world!.
