The atmosphere is great, the place is clean they had great music the people are very lovely. However they should be really more transparent with their prices. They charged $20 for a cut and $60 to blow dry. No wash or rolls were done just a cut and blow dry to straight hair. That’s expensive.

The service was a lot higher than I’m used to but service WAS great and the staff was extra friendly. It would have been 5 stars but when I called on a Tuesday at 1PM and asked if I could come at 5:30, the woman told me no problem, although they stop taking people at 5. I rushed through traffic and arrived at 5:15 just for them to be completely closed! I was so annoyed because had she just said no, I could have went elsewhere. This was bad customer service making me waste gas and time. I probably won’t be backServices: Blowouts

You tell them exactly what you want when you walk in they say okay only for them to ask you again in the middle of the session to say “oh yeah we can’t do that….” Okay.Service: Haircut
