I had Alex come into do a repair for a sewer water pump that bursted the night before and let me tell you… he was amazing! Patient, informative he explained everything he was doing and what the issue was and even provided us with our next steps to expect even though it would be with a restoration company. He gave us reassurance and was kind and funny. Put a soft touch on such tragic occurrence considering we had damage to our carpets he made us see the brighter side of the issue.

Our landlord hired American Rooter Services to fix a sudden leaky pipe that was causing our ceiling to cave in over us, and the employee who came out to help us, Alex, was a great help. Alex quickly replaced the pipe and took care of the problem smoothly and quickly. He was really nice about it all and helped us dump the buckets of water we’d accumulated trying to catch the drip. Great work and on a great timeline before the problem became much, much worse!
