This is the rudest company I have ever financed a car with! It must be a requirement to be a jackass to work there. I literally ask genuine questions, not rude or any of that. But when or if you are behind you might as well get ready to be treated like scum of the earth.

I wish I had of read these reviews before getting my car. Joni or however you spell her name is a very sad disrespectful individual. When you speak to a supervisor about her nothing is done. This lady hung up in my face so I called back to let her know how rude she is she responded and said she doesn't work in customer service she works in collection... It shouldn't matter what your title is once you engage with a customer you should be able to conversate on an adult level as well as provide good customer service this is on reason why I very seldomly do business with a place that looks rachet soon as you pull up

We have bought and paid off early 2 cars through Pars. We come back a 3rd time because our car was totaled in desperate need of a reliable car thinking we would have great options due to our history with them and their lender united auto acceptance. HA! We get offered one of the crappiest cars on their lot saying it's all we quality for with this lender. But yet we come with 3x the down payment we had the last 2 times and a higher credit score! Are you kidding me! They don't report to the credit so when you pay a car off with them it means nothing!
