Believe all these reviews . This is the worst place to loan from. everyone I talked to was rude and once you get a little behind on payments they threaten to take your car .not only that , I was paying almost paying $40,000 for 2011 vehicle .There was even one time where the lady chuckled in my face & told me “good luck” when I was trying to explain to them when I could pay them . Overall horrible experience, avoid this place at all costs

If I could leave zero stars, I would the professionalism of this place coming from all staff members is astounding especially this one lady Janet her mouth is real disrespectful. I even called to talk to the supervisor twice and never got a call back and I could see why they got the reviews that they have, if you’re going to go purchase a car finance company cause United auto acceptance ain’t it

Yonni’s extremely disrespectful behavior as a supervisor speaks volumes about the type of company UAA is. I wish I had seen these reviews before signing on the dotted line. It’s unacceptable to think that just because some customers may need to purchase from places like this due to credit issues, they can be treated poorly. Yonni’s rudeness is unbelievable. If I could rescind my transaction, I would, as the SUV has been giving me issues since day two. Being called and disrespected is very frustrating. Stay away from places like this and Pars cars! It’s not worth it! Work on your credit and go else where! Save yourself the headache.
