I’m only giving one star because I like Valerie. She does an excellent job but I feel she doesn’t get the RESPECT she deserves. I’ve been coming for years on and off because I luck up and find one person with people skills. Believe customers who give one star reviews. I’m keeping it real. The customer service is GARBAGE. Once Valerie leaves I will not return. I expect better.
They never want to share their prices with customers, they don't know anything about certain services they offer, they refuse to agree or disagree if their prices on their website is accurate, and they refuse to call customers back and don't let them schedule. I wish they would let people book for client services or at least be a bit more informed on their own business.
employees were so incredibly rude. they told us to meet for an appointment, and when we came at the date and time they told us, no one was here and it was closed. DO NOT COME HERE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!
