I had a tear in my rotator cuff for 2 years. I was bed bound twice due to the pain, for a total of 9.5 months when I sought medical care from Dr. Sood. I had already been to three doctors for back, neck, and shoulder pain when I found Dr. Sood on the internet. Apparently the tear could not be detected on the MRI.I wanted to avoid rotator cuff surgery because the recovery is so long and painful. So, I chose Dr. Sood because he uses guided imagery (camera/wire) during the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) procedure.THINGS I LIKE:Dr. Sood is nice. The staff is nice. Moesha was FANTASTIC!!!! The entire staff was very professional and caring. Thank you so much. Side note. I feel Dr. Sood does NOT care about his patients time. You will wait for hours, just to see him for 5 minutes. Not cool. Your patients have lives out side your practice.
The staff understands my back problems.Physical therapy is comforting and helps strengthen my back muscles.I feel better after therapy & treatments. Steps & procedures are followed carefully. Scheduling is easy &the staff is very courteous. I am pleased with the care I have received.
