Not only did I get my silk press and much needed trim, I was educated about my hair and scalp as well. Jas was able to recommend some things for me to better my post-partum hair and scalp and get them back healthy. As in buy from the store, not trying to upsell a service. This one appointment me has made me a returning customer. Also, 2 days later my silk press is still beautiful and full of body (Jas recommend how to prep my hair for bed). Jas is very personable and easy to talk to. We were laughing and chatting like we already knew each other. It was a pleasure being serviced by such gifted and skilled hands. “I had a very bad experience with Gelisa! I booked for Jonesboro and when I got there she had her 15 yr old daughter doing my hair!! My hair did not look like the picture she sent me the size. I did not like my hair , not to mention it was at her home and not in a good environment. I asked her how could we fix my hair and said she was out of town and would let me know when she got back so we could fix it. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything from her.
