My husband & I choose Bowen & Son Heating & Air nearly 3 years ago when we decided to build our first very home. To say the least., ALL of their employees were extremely helpful during this process. Very professional and eplained everything we needed to know in full detail, so that we were aware of exactly what we were purchasing etc. As far as work quality goes I must say they were fantastic, very professional as I mentioned earlier, on time as far as being there when they said they would be there., and still to this day they frequently call just to make sure everything they installed is still working efficiently. I have been a customer since 1999, when I purchased my home. The technicians have always been courteous and professional. They have recommended cost saving options to assure that my home is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

We use Bowen & Sons for work on rental properties in the area. Very responsive and easy to work with. Willing to identify and work on less expensive maintenance ideas rather than more expensive (and profitable for them) replacements. They were also kind enough to help a new tenant with minor thermostat issues. It is good to have good local support
