My March inspection was disappointing. The wife of the inspector evaluated the kitchen in the house I was buying, but when my mother asked her about the discolored floor suggesting water damage, she didn't provide a clear answer. The appraisal later described the kitchen floor as showing normal wear and tear. However, the day after closing, I called Carpet Depot in Jonesboro, Georgia for advice.
