My March inspection was disappointing. The wife of the inspector evaluated the kitchen in the house I was buying, but when my mother asked her about the discolored floor suggesting water damage, she didn't provide a clear answer. The appraisal later described the kitchen floor as showing normal wear and tear. However, the day after closing, I called Carpet Depot in Jonesboro, Georgia for advice. They recommended replacing the floor immediately upon inspection, as it showed significant water damage without needing to be fully removed. They confirmed this upon partial removal of the floor. I highly recommend Mr. Johnson. He came highly recommended to me and he did not disappoint. He was able to inspect the property on the very next day. He was very thorough in his inspection and he explained details in laymen terms. His output report was equally as thorough. I am appreciative of his recommendations and ideas for future projects.
