Here is an honest review of my brace experience. I am a young working adult who will have about 45* or more scoliosis for as long as I live.First, the staff is amazing and super helpful, but be prepared for the monetary cost. The brace and first appointment are around $5,500, so SAVE UP!! If you have insurance, you’ll have to do the heavy lifting to get it paid for because they will not file it for you. Be sure this is the road you want to walk because you cannot return the brace once fitted to you. I had immense buyers remorse after purchasing for about 2-3 weeks. What an amazing and transformative experience for my wife already (had the brace for 3 days). The Doctors are not only knowledgeable but take time to know you as an individual to best help you. So my wife not only has Scoliosis but other health issues including asthma also not used to the humidity of Georgia. (from New Mexico) When we left the doctors office she already felt relief from the pain and we took a 2 mile hike in some woods near the Atlanta Airport before flying back home. Not once did she have breathing troubles from the brace and better was she did not complain of pain in her hips after her walk. Dr. Brian has been working on my neck and back for a month now. He is one of the most professional scoliosis doctors. I would definitely recommend this practice. Such a beautiful office.
