After moving from California to Georgia, we searched for a good grooming shop, and this place is our final stop. Ian, who welcomed us, is the best staff member here. The service was also excellent. We’re so glad to have found this place.
New customer. My first experience wasn’t the best, but mostly because it took like 4 hours to do a bath and trim.
They were running behind and apologized, and assured me that it usually never takes that long. Although inconvenient that particular day, I was still very pleased with the work. The pup came out looking adorable and the staff were very sweet and friendly. I do like the membership-style approach they offer for monthly grooming, and I’m looking forward to future appointments (and shorter wait times).
They treated my dog so well. He’s had bad experiences in the past with groomers and I could tell when picking him up from Scenthound that he was so much happier. His cut also looks amazing!
