The Trainer’s are great. The gym is clean they offer wide variety of group fitness classes. The instructors are skilled and welcoming I love Mixxed Fit with Renate she is Awesome. Cardio Kickboxing is a great workout with Joshua and Donna. The gym has the latest machines and equipment. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a wonderful Concierge Team
