First visit anxiety relieved by fantastic veterinary care for my rescue-beardie. Dr. Kim took time to listen to my concerns, actually handled Phat quite gently, and advised me how to improve his daily care. Such a great experience I'm happy to find excellent exotic vet with awesome tech staff, JK
First time taking my babies here! The staff is beyond amazing , very informative. They answered all our questions and go over the cost before they do anything. Thank you for everything ladies.

I was very nervous to see if my cat would love his doctor or if his doctor would treat my cat well. You were so interested that I was very happy. My cat is very picky, but he never spoke next to his doctor. I didn't have enough English, they translated and brought the documents in my own language. And they were very patient. I can't pass without saying this, his assistants are very sweet and nice, thank you very much for your meticulous attention ❤️?
