I’ve been going for several years, place is the BEST in the area, hands down. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, the owner ALWAYS answers my calls. Owner has every right to not to want to service your dog, move on, but leaving negative reviews because of this? Have some grace folks, this is a small business owner who does excellent work. ??
I just booked my next appointment with Ms Kyung, I’m a recurrent client and wanted to write this review to thank her for always being so sweet to my Cavachon. I’m so glad I found such a wonderful grooming place!
After moving here and going thru few other groomers, we found Kyung. And since then we have never even thought of going anywhere. She does an amazing job. One of the best ways of judging a grooming place is how your dog behaves when you bring to the place, and so far our dog, Iris, has loved this place. She happily goes in whenever we bring her here.If you are looking for a caring and smiling groomer who is willing to accommodate you as per your schedule, this is the place. Highly recommended.
