Service manager John contacted me that day to resolve issue. He was courteous and professional. We agreed to a fair price adjustment to my complete satisfaction. I now give Comfort Air my highest rating and I will feel quite comfortable contacting them for their services in the future
Excellent service! The company is very organized. They visited our home the next day after we called. We received an estimate with a reasonable price. The new AC and furnace were installed the next day after we approved the estimate. The installation crew did a perfect job. They picked up all the old systems and cleaned the job site. The company also registered our unit with the Carrier company for a 10-year warranty for the AC and 20 years for the furnace. We strongly recommend Comfort Atlanta Heating & Air for all HAVC services.
Edgar came out and explained the unit and the issue to me. They were also very quick to respond, at my house in less than 2 hours from when I first called. These guys will be my go to from now on.
