Coming from a ‘nervous-nancy’ and a ‘too aware’ kind of person - this place rocks.
Overnight pups were outside when we pulled up, that’s always a good sign.
Straight to the point, got exactly what I came for and at a generally reasonable price too.
Rather than an info dump, they actually educated me and answered every* question I had to a T.
Not even to mention, they’re a huge facility and impressively clean.
We had to board our dog while we went out of town. We scheduled his annual checkup, a bath and nail trimming. He was shy going in but he was almost hesitant coming out as if to say he wanted to hang with his new buddies :) . He got spoiled while he was there and the staff knew his name and said bye with affection. I thought that was cool.
The level of care and compassion I’ve personally received from the Veterinarians and staff over my lifetime at this hospital is astounding. Good times and bad, from horses, dogs & rabbits they are always steadfast. Thank you for always being the best!
