My technician is Tyler out of the Jefferson location. He is so thorough and explains everything to me. I have been using Pest USA since moving to Jackson county. We have never had a bad experience with this company, first as Sentry and now Team Pest. Everyone has been professional and courteous, and they do a good job.And then there is Tyler Brannen. Tyler is the third or fourth route tech that has serviced our house, and I hope he is the only tech we ever see from now on. From the initial communication (we got a heads up on the timing of the service, but Tyler went an extra step to give a 10 minutes out text!) through to the face to face introduction, Tyler built a fast and genuine rapport and took time to ASK about issues and then included me in the solutioning of the problems, probing for the best solutions to how we live... read full review
