Couple weeks ago late afternoon text my lawn guy (Don Moon w Moonlight Land and Lawn), sump pump float switch in backyard was only working sporadically (potential critical issue being sump pump is inside retaining wall area leading up to our back foundation & basement)- and downpours were incoming later that eve for many hours. Don immediately got in contact with Patriot for me based on their prior relations- they were on way within minutes.

Great company to work with. My Mom's furnace was constantly pumping heat even when it was off, Brennon was able to get on location a day earlier than originally scheduled.
