Nancy and Cara took incredible care of our needs. I came in with a gash to the leg requiring stitches and cleaning. The professionalism and pace with which they worked stood out and was appreciated. I thought I would be there for a couple hours but took much less time than anticipated. I am very grateful to the facility and its' employees. I'm not going anywhere else beside Northeast Georgia Physicians Group Urgent Care in Jefferson. Thanks to you all!!!

Everyone was quite welcoming & helpful! I loved the PA (McCall, I believe) who saw me. I was taken aback when at the end of her explanation of what she was recommending, she asked, “What questions do you have for me?” My primary care physician has never once asked me if I had any questions. I felt seen, heard, & cared about here!

My sister in law recommended this place. I went here to do a urine culture because I have frequent UTIs and they get worse without meds. I waited 2 hours it was worth the wait. Dr. Patel was so nice and understanding. Didn’t tell me what to do, but listen to me, other urgent cares want to tell me I don’t know my body and women have the same symptoms with UTIs, but I have been in and out of too many hospitals to know this is not true. He did a culture and also sending to Labs. Thank you! Everyone there was so sweet. Go there!
