Wanted frameless shower installed. Called got voice mail waited most of the day for a return call. When they did call the conversation was not as professional as I would expect but to clincher was the lack of commitment on scheduling. "We are very busy so I can't tell you when we can give you a quote or how long it would be before we could install". I called a larger company, they came out gave a great price and scheduled us for two weeks out. Only because we couldn't be here next week. I'm sure kemp is a great company and must be very busy. I wanted to use local company but they appear to be too busy to want our business.
