After getting 4 other plumbers to look at my outdoor spigot and a range of high prices to replace, AJ from Jefferson Plumbing was able to fix the spigot in 5 min by simply tightening a nut. FOUR other plumbing companies didn’t do this and wanted me to spend money. While he was at my house he fixed a couple more things for me as well. AJ was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. I will be using them from now on.
Called them to see about getting my mom's well pump fixed and they were out there the same day to assess. Came back the next day and her pump going. Great company to deal with and respectful of her property. Will be using them if needed in the future.
Amazing reception, you only call a plumber when you need them most and it was nice to feel like they were there to serve instead of being made to feel like “the company” was doing you a favor by taking the call! I do recommend and will only use them in the future!
