My air conditioning broke down last Sunday and I contacted the owner of Georgia Spec by text and not only getting a response on Holiday wknd but also a diagnostic on what might be broken.
Understandably there was not tech available to fix it that day but it was taken care of today with in 10 mins and the phone diagnostic was correct, a broken capacitor.
Awesome, reliable service from someone who stands by his work and word.

We couldn't be happier with the service from Phil and Kevin his technician. Communication was stellar, and they got us what we needed and installed it professionally and quickly. Our old house was a challenge and needed a whole new system...we're so glad GeorgiaSpec was recommended to us!
UPDATE 8/29 My fault, I did not change filter frequently enough and dog hair clogged up my system this week. I’m on Specs maintenance plan and Phil came out right away to fix my unit and get me cool again! Couldn’t be happier!
