Marty exceeded my expectations with the utmost professionalism and delivery. She was patient, kind and thorough. Thank you for making what was an already somber weekend a bit more delightful with the beautiful spray.

Had some flowers delivered on Valentine's day and they were delivered on time and they still look great 2 weeks later. Only complaint was I had to go by there because they were so busy and were taking the phone off of the hook, not good!!!! The lady in the store was helpful and apologized but it was irritating.

People don't post enough good reviews. We always see the negatives. I have to put in my time to say that as of November 2019, Dot's Florist is still top notch on product and services. A+++
