I had a coffee mishap on my laptop. I had taken it to another place (CSR) initially, and had a poor experience with delays (had my laptop over a week and I had to call them 3 times because they never once called me about it), non-responsive management, etc., so once I got it back, I immediately took it to Bob for a second opinion.He diagnosed the laptop in a few hours and gave me a detailed explanation of the issues. Removed the battery because it had gotten liquid in it, and he charged me nothing to look at it, unlike CSR, who obviously let it sit for a week, looked at it a few minutes and charged me for it. Bob and Carolyn are very knowledgeable and honest . They worked on 2 desk tops , two lap tops and took the time to explain things. Solved the issues and got them back to us in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable as well !! I would certainly recommend Bell & Associates !
