“We needed a new toilet installed. I called my regular plumber, and they couldn't commit to exactly how soon they could take care of me, because they were all booked up. They're good people, and that's understandable. So I found Smith Plumbing Solutions on Yelp. I called them first thing in the morning. I asked if they could come out that day. A nice lady said she thought they could, so they would call me 30 minutes before they'd arrive. I asked about their price and it sounded reasonable. Sure enough, a few hours later I got a call from one of their plumbers, Josh, who said he was on his way. Josh and Brandon were very nice young men who did an outstanding job, very quickly and in a clean manner. We couldn't have been happier with their service and the experience. It's nice to have another great plumber when we need help. PS. The office called us the day after the work was done to ensure our project went well. We appreciated that too. Nice people. Sure makes everything easier.“
