Knock On Wood Roofing

Knock on Wood did my roof in September 2016. The roof started leaking in December 2018. We called another roofing company because Knock on Wood was not open on the weekends. This company found that there were several places under the shingles where no roofing felt paper was put down, tar was applied instead of replacing bad decking, and places were not nailed to a nailable surface (e.g not to code). When we talked to Knock on Wood he became irate and stated he wasn't coming out to replace plywood or to address the issues with the roof. I had to pay another company to fix the issue. Do not use this company.

The worst costumer service ever! I needed to have 4 bathroom roof exhaust vents installed. 3 to of 4 were run horizontally in the attic instead of vertically. In 2 out of 4, the cap doesn't close because the inner metal cylinder was installed incorrectly. They didn't even sealed the edges. I called them back and the owner yelled at me, saying that he didn't have time to deal with these kind of little things. I guess I have to find and paying somebody else to fix this. DO NOT use this company, they are awful!

When you call, they never answer professionally. They don't show up or call for roofing repairs. They installed are roof, and we have a major leak, still can not get them to come out and fix.
