A faucet drip turned into a water remediation project. We had a plumber out to replace the faucet in the bathroom; plumber saw that faucet was dripping and that it was linking behind the vanity; the plumber knew a person that could come assess to see what was going on; Austin Sailors was in the area and he came to check things out; Austin showed us that through the moisture readings that we had a serious problem and that the vanity would need to be removed to dry up the water; Austin called his office to explain to his boss what was going on & they were able to give a good price to do the work; Austin was able to remove the vanity and place the fans in the bathroom in about a hour (Tues 12/20/22); Austin came back to the house on Thursday to check on things; the area was dry and he was able to remove all the fans. I would highly recommend Matrix Mitigation for any remediation or restoration work. If you give them a call, ask for Austin Sailors.
Jason & his team at Matrix came highly recommended. They demonstrated their professionalism and expertise from day one. All the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I needed help late on a Friday Jason Robards and his son’s were in at my home with 30 mins of my phone call for Desperate help. They did a beautiful job cleaning up and Sanitizing everything my walls my carpet they did an unbelievable great job. I would Recommend them to do any job in your home or Business.
