I dropped my 3 year old iPhone one too many times and the screen went black, I figured the phone was done. Based on all the 5 star reviews, I went to see Shawn. He almost immediately said he could have it fixed in 20 to 30 minutes.....and he did! At a great price. I will recommend this shop to anyone I know who has a cell phone issue. If it can be fixed, Shawn can do it, and will do it quickly at a very reasonable price.
Shawn is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and excellent at what he does, including customer relations.
I dont typically write reviews but this place is the best! My sister recommended it. They were so fast with fixing my phone and they were the absolute sweetest, even offered to give me a discount and put a screen protector on for free. Highly recommend!
A sudden clicking home button on my iphone was driving me nuts! Mark at Cellairis Holly Springs knew immediately the cause, tightened several teeny screws inside, and it was gone!? Yet he refused payment saying he was glad to help! We’ll be bringing all our cell business here from now on. Glad to have him here!
