My daughters and I had the great pleasure of meeting and working with Kemia. She was so professional, nice and helped match all three of us for makeup foundation, concealer and more. I went into this location needing tons of help and Rachel helped me and was so patient. She has so much knowledge and really addressed all my questions and concerns. I left the store purchasing the babyliss blow dryer. 10/10 recommend going to this location just for her! She’s amazing
I had a truly awesome experience today while visiting Ulta Beauty in Hiram. I've been searching for a new foundation and concealer for a few weeks. I've visited numerous Ulta stores in the area and NOT ONE person offered the customer service, and attention that I received from Ms Kat. She was extremely knowledgeable with regard to melonated skin tones. She offered products that were complimentary to my hyper-pigmentation and skin type. She was successful in matching me up perfectly.
