I took my fur baby, Hercules to The Ark today for his yearly exam, vaccinations, skin allergy, toenail clipping and bath and was so impressed with the way they all handled him. He has always had major anxiety when going to the vet. Today he was calm and happy, all because the team made him feel relaxed by petting him and talking sweetly to him. They are all professionals and truly care about each pet. Dr. Lowe, Holly, Angela and the vet techs and front office ladies are the best and I'm very grateful for them!!
We absolutely love this office for our fur kids! Dr McFarland and all the staff take as much time as we need every visit to ensure that we feel informed and comfortable with the treatment options we were provided. I can not say enough good about this office and staff! They are Godsent for sure!
The Ark Animal Hospital staff was amazing (they were so kind for a difficult situation involving my mother and her dogs). They were able to get me in same day and help my mom's pup get the care she needed. Sweetie, her dog, is very timid (she was a rescue) and one of the staff (I will update once I get the name when we go for our follow up) was able to get lots of licks before we left (I was really impressed with how comfortable and kind they were). I would recommend Ark to any of my friends or family looking for a local Vet in the Hiram/Dallas area!
