I've been to Suzzy several times. She is professional, flexible, and makes you feel very comfortable. Her work is neat and she is very patient. The last time I had my hair done, I was unsure of what I wanted. She took the time to listen and offered suggestions. I would highly recommend and will be going back!

I've never experienced painless braids before until Suzzy. I am tender headed & I felt almost nothing. I so love the fact that Suzzy serves her clients in her home. I truly enjoyed Suzzy's beautiful family. I only rate 4 ? ??? due to the duration of time it took for the service (over 3 hours of plan). This was due primarily to not prioritizing/respecting my time. Also, I paid extra for micro size braids & received medium-sized braids. Mutual consideration was broken, therefore leading to an unfair transaction. I considered my options & chose to post an honest review starting with the positive.

Suzzy is awesome. Her attention to detail is what got me. If the braid wasn't right she took it out and started again. When all of the brands were done, she trimmed away any loose strands, braid by braid. She put moose on my hair and oil shine as the final touch. I asked her to braid my hair not too tight and she accommodated. Today is day one after braiding my hair. No headaches or scalp pain. This is my second time in my life getting braids and she super exceeded my expectations. She educated me on what types of hair were needed to do a great job on my braids since im a newbie.
