It's so difficult to find a hairdresser who is talented, kind, caring, and makes you feel like a friend. I found mine, and I never want to lose her!
I've gone to Smita twice, once because I needed my hair fixed and shaped up, (from another "stylist" at another salon who just didn't do a good job) and she did a fantastic job, even to the point of offering me advice about my hair during the consultation, but, like a dummy, I didn't take it, thinking I knew my hair better than Smita who had been a stylist for over 20 years, lol. OMG people!!! This was my first visit and I just couldn't wait to tell you about Smita. I am 73 years young and I've never had a stylist show so much concern for doing my hair to my satisfaction. She walked me through every step of what I could and couldn't do with my hair and even colored several strands so that I could see what color was going to look the best for my hair and skin color. She kept saying over and again that she wanted me to walk out satisified even if it took all day. The haircut was unbelievable also and I can't thank her enough for her expertise. I came for a haircut with Smita. 100% recommend. Personally, I don’t like hair salons because out of all my experiences, the stylist doesn’t have enough experience with curly hair, doesn’t take it seriously, or ignores details of the request. Not Smita! She asked what I wanted, gave ideas to better style my hair, pampered me, and delivered. Not only did I leave with a confidence boost, but a new stylist..
