Called RGP as they were the vendor that installed my HVAC in my new home. Saw reviews and was a bit concerned. I shouldn’t have been. From my first phone call about my unit being out they were professional, responsive, and kind. The failure was on me for not caring for the unit by doing filter changes ? and I lucked out by having Charles come as my tech and educate me on the thermostat, the system and its care. He came back the next day and checked on everything and was very helpful. He’s been in the business for 20+ years and it showed. Why no one has ever told me this stuff before IDK but now I do. Thanks Charles!

Great company. Their focus is on new construction. In my new home they installed the system that the builder told them too, as they were told too. They now do my preventative maintenance. Very good pricing for service.

The technician was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, as well as patiently answered all questions I had. I highly recommend him! Even though a minor repair was necessary, and the visit took longer than expected, there was no additional charge over what I was quoted prior to the visit.
