“The Ark Animal Hospital staff was amazing (they were so kind for a difficult situation involving my mother and her dogs). They were able to get me in same day and help my mom's pup get the care she needed. Sweetie, her dog, is very timid (she was a rescue) and one of the staff (I will update once I get the name when we go for our follow up) was able to get lots of licks before we left (I was really impressed with how comfortable and kind they were). I would recommend Ark to any of my friends or family looking for a local Vet in the Hiram/Dallas area!“

Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here. After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up! We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed. Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!! Bella Boo and we say Thank you Aleene and Dolly!! We are so glad to have met you.“

“Dropped fur baby off for 6-day stay at high recommendation of a friend. The team took great care of our fur baby. Grooming instructions were followed and he was healthy, playful and happy at pickup.

Policies were clearly communicated. Standard requirements for vax records to ensure everyone's safety. Not too particular about how food was packaged -- which was appreciated (ie, bulk vs daily). Will visit again.“
