“The Ark Animal Hospital staff was amazing (they were so kind for a difficult situation involving my mother and her dogs). They were able to get me in same day and help my mom's pup get the care she needed. Sweetie, her dog, is very timid (she was a rescue) and one of the staff (I will update once I get the name when we go for our follow up) was able to get lots of licks before we left (I was really impressed with how comfortable and kind they were). I would recommend Ark to any of my friends or family looking for a local Vet in the Hiram/Dallas area!“

“We contacted Devan for our 10 month old pitty, Georgia. We had been turned away from multiple trainers because she wasn't house trained (which was an issue we just couldn't correct nomatter how hard we tried). She had "dirty dog syndrome" from living her life in a shelter & eating, sleeping & pottying all in the same place. Although we've had her for 7 months it's something we couldn't correct. She chewed on everything she wasn't supposed to & was impossible to walk on a leash. Devan had Georgia for 3 weeks & when I tell you that she came back a different dog, I MEAN IT. She's so well mannered that my 10 yr old can walk her on a leash with ease. She waits to come out of the crate & to walk indoors. She sat STILL beside us & watched TV last night for almost 2 hours. I was floored. After we've perfected our basic training I fully plan to send her back for extensive training.“

Bella is just a 4 month old puppy when we got her and you couldn't see her eyes so when we went to her 1st Groomer they terrified her! They didn't spend any time trying to know her and Bella didn't want anything to do with these people.. she started screaming like a baby and wouldn't let anyone touch her so we took her home and Googled for the best Groomers and that's how we found this 5 star company.. and trust me they are a PURRfect Place. I talked to Aleene over the phone and told her our experience with the last Groomer. Right from the beginning Aleene made us excited to see how much she cared about our concerns and assured us not to worry. So we made our 1st appointment with Aleene and when we showed up Bella went running to Aleene and jumped in her arms kissing her as if she known her. This shows me that our Bella can sense that she can be trusted here. After 4 hours of time spent with Bella, she was ready to be picked up! We couldn't believe how happy Bella was there and even more I didn't know Bella's eyes were brown and fluffy after she was groomed. Dolly did such a great job grooming Bella to make her look so beautiful after spa day, that we already lined up 2 more customers for Dolly. We are so happy to see that there are still very caring people on this earth you can trust!! Bella Boo and we say Thank you Aleene and Dolly!! We are so glad to have met you.“

Policies were clearly communicated. Standard requirements for vax records to ensure everyone's safety. Not too particular about how food was packaged -- which was appreciated (ie, bulk vs daily). Will visit again.“
