“Service is good. I will receive a text a few days later letting me know that I need to pay my bill and I can do that by using their site. I use my bank bill pay to pay my bills. So I have to respond to their text every 3 months saying the same thing. I feel like they are trying to get me to use their site to pay my bill. I have never been late paying my bill.“
