I had Scott Home Improvement, come to replace overhead garage door base weather stripping because it was leaking, and when they fixed it, it was still leaking.And Scott Home Improvement sent someone out again to fix the problem.Doing the Strom Debby on yesterday and today is was still leaking.I paid money $227.00 and it wasn't cheap,because they want you to pay before anyone comes out to fix the problem.I am so bothered and want be calling them again. I am a retired Army Veteran who called for an estimate. They scheduled one date then they called and asked if they can come a day early. 15 minutes later a gentleman comes to my door walks through my home and tells me he will get me an estimate by the end of the week. This was a week and a half ago and I am still waiting for an estimate. Not sure why my time was wasted but this was unprofessional in my opinion.

Was riding alone one morning on highway 84 was in back of one of their vans van pulled over to the right lane I passed them and looked over at him and was shot the finger for some reason but that right there is really unprofessional for someone to ride around and just throw a finger up at someone for passing them and the company should be held accountable for their employees actions
