She sent multiple photos to make sure she communicated alll of her questions about what I needed to be done very clearly. She sent follow up photos of the resulting cleaning. I used maid 2 shine for our move out cleaning on June 14 they were very helpful the owner came and did estimate not only for my move out but she booked our carpet cleaning and lawn care for our inspection .I highly recommend this company .and the fact they guarantee their services or they come back to fix any issues you may have with cleaning after your inspection
