“I submitted an unfavorable review several years ago but it was mostly due to a disagreement I had with the owner at the time (Jimmy) and not with the service rendered by his employees. The son Waylon stepped in and took care of my issues then. Now it's July 2023 and I have a leak in my coil system. I called Waylon and even though he didn't have to come check out my unit he did come to my house today (Sat.) and "pumped up" (added Freon) to my unit to where my wife and I won't be suffering with the current heat wave we're having. I can truthfully say Waylon is a trustworthy individual who takes care of his customers in a most professional and caring manner.“

“I have a home warranty, they sent a company out, said it was a zone unit issue. Did nothing for me. My unit was freezing up. I paid out of pocket to get a company that specialized in zone control to look at it, total joke!! My home warranty sent ACE to me, I was hesitant about it. Let me tell you, that was my mistake!! He came out checked it out, reassured me it wasn’t my controls. Gassed up my unit. Not long after, it froze up again. I called him and we scheduled another appointment two days later, due to me going out of town for work. He showed up earlier than scheduled, rectified the issue…a blower, and I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and follow up in regards to the service. I do not normally post a review in regards to service, but this was absolutely, 100%, worth it!! Amazing company with outstanding customer service!!!“
