Called Mr Ben in 2018 for an emergency septic clean out. I called a few companies and he was the first available to come out. He was friendly and seemed very informative. As he pried and pulled our lid off parts of it broke off. Ben acted like it was no big deal and said he had a way to fix it. Once he stared vacuuming our tank he said he didn’t think our thank could be completely vacuumed out due it to being too thick. He said our tank will be good for 5 more years and when we called him he’ll be able to clean it out thoroughly. Ben put our lid back on and proceeded to fill the cracked holes with plastic bags. Mr Ben did a great job getting our septic tank problem fixed and he did it quickly. He was very good at explaining everything he was doing and what we should do for maintaining the septic system. I highly recommend him.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Mr. Ben came to our house the day after I contacted him. He emptied our tank. After another company had been here 3 times and said our tank was wasn't full. He emptied it and we haven't had a problem since. He is precious.Service: Sewer repair
