Technician arrived on time. He took one look at our system and recognized the issue right away. After resolving the problem, Steve went ahead and checked the coolant, and topped that off. We were charged a fair and reasonable rate. Steve was very professional and courteous to my wife. Shopped around for a heat pump replacement as my 2006 unit wasn’t working well and had a leak. McKinney was competitive price wise, professional, and did a great install for us in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!
Had a heat pump not heating. McKinney has done other HVAC work for me in the past, so I called. They answer their phone... many others do not. Their guys are really good. Dave got there really quick and found the problem. He knew what he was doing. Prices were good. I will call them the next time. Great job.
