My experience is less than desirable with this contractor. Though consistent with providing the the bi-weekly service, my lawn was sloppily cared for and began to look unkempt the longer I kept them onboard. Contractor damaged one of my water spouts and consistently left the water catchers (for the spouts) out of place after mowing the lawn, thereby damaging the lawn and causing dirt holes from the gush of water. Bushes and weeds overtook my flower bed after I refused an $800 price gouging quote to cut the bushes and lay down mulch (nothing additional). The downgrade (hill) in my backyard was overtaken by large weeds that became more like plants (I had previously asked that it be serviced for the additional fee that was quoted). Aside from demanding pay and/or sending reminders late in the evening (10-11 pm) as reminders for pay, no follow up or correspondence was ever initiated about the overall service experience no matter how unkempt the lawn became. Upon informing the owner that his services were no longer needed, advising to take my address off the service schedule because he was released, indicating that he would receive full payment once the contractual period ended, the owner became aggressive and showed up at my home anyway. He was asked to cease services and leave. He was then paid for services that were not rendered, to honor the existing contract. Instead of delving deeper into why his services were no longer needed, owner became aggressive, began sending harassing texts, making threats to file a lien and sue, and demanding immediate funds that were promised to him at the conclusion of the agreement ($110 in less than two weeks time). Overall this is not a contractor that anyone should utilize; I have since found a service provided who takes pride in the work and finds unethical price gouging unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, lack of emotional intelligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs and do not sign a contract with this provider.
