Had deep cleaning done. When cleaners arrived they said it would cost extra because of spots. After looking this morning it looks as though nothing has been done. Will have someone else to do what was already paid for. Do not use this company. It is a rip off
I found Deep Clean Carpets here on Google, shopping around for a new carpet cleaner, and they had cheap prices for the services I wanted and a quick response time. I had my carpets done by another company about 6m ago for $80 and it was awful, but you get what you pay for.There was a minor mix up on scheduling, but they fixed it instantly. When my service guy came he was very polite, friendly, and fast but not so fast that I questioned the quality of work. I had 5 bedrooms, a hallway, and my stairs done. I also have 2 kids and 3 dogs if that says anything. My carpets look and smell amazing now and they aren't sopping wet after!! Will definitely be hiring them again for...read full review
