We switched all of our babies (3 dogs and 2 cats) here about a year ago from our vet in Perry. We were tired of corporate vets (I have worked in the vet industry) and this vet clinic is owned by the doctor. Dr. Dalton and her staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I do love supporting a privately owned woman-owned business but she and her staff are so good with our pets. She's actually the first one that has treated our reactive dog that has to be sedated like our pet. She has been the first vet to actually wait with me while he wakes up from sedation and she just talked to me like a person. Orchard came through for our senior terrier mix when she had a health scare last week! I’m new to town (after living in SEA/LA/ATL) and Orchard was so fast and friendly to deal with. They were able to schedule us an appointment for the same day we called to inquire! Per my husband all staff were friendly, nice, and helpful to our girl; she was well taken care of. Best part? She wasn’t even “mad” at us when she got home (trust me… that’s a first, lol)! Her lab results came back quickly and were shared via text with me as soon as Orchard had them. Dr.Sam and her staff are the most incredible, lovely patient folks around. If you have been in the clinic w a big chunk black&white spotted bully, you know Dominoe! We pull up, and he almost pulls me over racing to get in to see "His other Family". He loves them, and we do too?
