The massage itself was very nice. She did a great job and was very kind. However, I can't give it more than three stars on account that it is not at all handicap accessible. When I scheduled my appointment, I was assured that it was accessible to me. I use a rollator or wheelchair depending on the day. The building has a 4+ inch step up to get inside, and everything is narrow and hard to navigate with a mobility aid. I wish she had been more transparent about that.

I've been wanting to get a massage done at spa by laura for quite some time and when i finally pulled the trigger i have to admit, im kicking myself for not doing it sooner! setting an appointment as a new client was effortless and Laura was able to get me in within a few days. her studio is perfectly set up for a quaint, quiet and personal experience. from start to finish, laura was amazing and I can see now why she came so highly recommended by so many people in the community! I look forward to my future visits with laura and her staff!
