Our heat went out a few days ago. I called and a serviceman came out the next morning. Got the unit back up. It worked for a few days, then quit again. I called and talked to Mindy (?). She found a note that said that the unit may need a specific part. She said she'd order the part, and notify me when the part arrived.

Chris the Technician showed up on time and was great. He was very professional and thorough. He did a great job and was very personable. We are totally satisfied with B&B Mechanical and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC Services. I'm happy to have them taking care of all our heating and cooling needs.
